Healthy Start / Healthy Families

There are a variety of medical plans to accommodate the needs of our customers. Medical coverage is based on financial and other eligibility requirements and varies according to household type. We have child and family coverage. Many families may qualify for child coverage even when they are working. Family income determines if they are eligible for either program.

Healthy Start is free and low-cost health coverage for children from birth to age 19 and for pregnant women who qualify based on family income.

Healthy Families provides no cost health coverage for the entire family - parents and children. Healthy Start and Healthy Families cover these services:
