  • Assess family function regarding safety of children.
  • Provide services to families directed to alleviate child abuse/neglect and prevent family disruption.

  • Collect and disburse payments ordered by the court.
  • Establish paternity.
  • Establish, modify and enforce court support orders.
  • Locate an absent parent responsible for support.
  • Intercept obligor's state or federal income tax refund to satisfy past due child support.
  • Report the amount of past due support owed by an obligor at the request of a credit reporting agency.
  • Arrange job search and retention services for obligors who are required by the court to seek work.
  • Establish medical support order.
