- Collect and disburse payments ordered by the court.
- Establish paternity.
- Establish, modify and enforce court support orders.
- Locate an absent parent responsible for support.
- Intercept obligor's state or federal income tax refund to satisfy past due child support.
- Report the amount of past due support owed by an obligor at the request of a credit reporting agency.
- Arrange job search and retention services for obligors who are required by the court to seek work.
